I don't think so. I visited the job site a few days after the pour and sure didn't see any saw-cut lines. Were you the sub that did the flatwork? If so, you didn't ID yourself in your comment.

@@askthebuilder I wasn’t the finisher on that one but it did get cut we cut all our floors the saw wasn’t with the finisher that day so typically we go back within a few days

In a previous video I saw they had some tubing under what it was to be the garage slab. Is the garage slab meant to be radiant?

Correct. The lower-level garage does have radiant heating tubes under it. As I pointed out the PEX passes over a footing without any protection from abrasion. That's a huge mistake.
