@@EDHBlvd They are actually still in the box because I mainly use my two boots for the Stitchdown. Lol. I have three more boots coming around March. I probably would have to choose a couple of them if I want to do a double for the next Thunderdome. It could be that I’m just going for one pair also

You have some Natty CXL rough out boots? Tell me about them? The N-1’s?

I feel the HNW has a more cramped toe box and is slightly shorter than the 55/67. So if you have a comfortable size in the HNW you could get the same size in the 55/67, it might just have a little extra room. Better than sizing down and it being too tight/small. The issue I have found was even with good fit on the 67, I couldn’t make the same size in the HNW fit because of the cramped toe box. I eventually sold my Overlanders because of it. The HNW doesn’t work well for my foot. If I sized up to maybe an 11.5E to help with toe box, the heel would be super sloppy.

Nick's Tan Waxed Flesh actually is more like a medium brown btw. So I don't want them to darken. Bick 4 is also known for not darkening leather.

@@christopherdavisson617 ya hard to know about darkening with this test. But I’ve used a small amount on brown boots before to touch up a small toe scuff and it didn’t darken. Seemed similar to VSC in that regard. Safe. Not like Obenauf’s which I keep away from all my brown and tan boots.

@@EDHBlvd yeh Obenauf’s only purpose for me is to protect a dedicated work boot man. It will ruin the original color of the leather on a boot. I usually stick to VSC, Red Wing Boot Cream, or Saphir Renovateur for my boots. I will use mink oil from time to time if it's a work boot too. Never actually used Bick 4 though. I need to try it out.

I know you have both soft and celastic toe in your collection. What do you prefer when it comes to cosmetic and comfort?

@@gregholden8812 with the 67 there isn’t much difference in comfort because the toe box is so tall you don’t feel it. The celastic is more hardcore in shape. While the soft is more rounded. I like them both but since most of my 67’s are celastic I went with soft toe on the last one (the Predator Orange pair).
