Ma'am Thea bakit hindi mo po itry pagpalitin ang pwesto ng cabinets sa office mo po? Ilagay mo sa likod mo o by the window ung white cabinet. Tpos ung storage bins mo ang sa tabi ng pinto pra ang background mo pag work ka d po ung storage bins. Either ung books o ung white cabinet tpos lagay ka painting sa wall on top pf the white cabinet. :)

Pwede po kayo gumamit nung 3M no trace hook na parang tape :) dikit lang po sa wall and super tibay no need for drilling :) can carry frames and mirrors!

You can use 3M command strips to mount anything on the wall. I use it to mount wall mirror, picture frames, corkboard, tapestry, wall-mounted vases, etc. Sticks so well and doesn't rip the wall paint when removed. Add to cart na rin and check out this 6.6 Midyear Sale! chz haha

Hi Thea! You may opt to use roller blinds instead of curtains to control the sunlight in your office. There are ones that don’t need drilling. 😊

Use blackout curtains for your office and room, it can also lower temperature as it absorbs heat. 🙂

yes po! minimal lang binili ko when i moved here --- cabinet, tv rack, carpet, office chair, pantry rack, air fryer and vacuum cleaner. :)

For your Office, you can use BLACKOUT CURTAINS. Dont buy from Shopee coz the balckout curtains there are thinner than in malls

Try to use menstrual cup if you’re ready so you can have additional space for something in replacement for your sanity pads storage, plus its really ecofriendly :) Let me know if you have considered MC na hihih thank you for this video :)

Yes, very life changing po pati! ❤ I used tampons for 2 years before finally switching to menstrual cup (using Luna cup) August of 2020, never going back to pads/tampons again 😊 very comfy

I suggest po to use a wall tapestry to design the empty wall by your couch. Kahit tape lang carry na yun! Also Venetian blinds might help with your curtain problem. Heheh love your videos ☺️

...Hello, hello... first off, much appreciated for doing a condo tour, altho I'm seven months late in viewing. I noticed hindi mo na-feature yung washer (for clothes) mo... Pansin ko kasi sa mga napapanood ko, most condo units only have a washer but no dryer. How come: Limited space? Still trying to figure out paano pinatutuyo mga nalabhan na damit... great work and good job! Again, thanks for sharing...

halooo! may cage kami sa top floor where we do our laundry. and nakikigamit lang ako sa washer and dryer ng sister ko. i have my old automatic washing machine sa cage ko pero nakakatamad mag sampay 😅

Nice condo tour. You may use 3M Command hooks if drilling is not allowed in your condo. I've been using that in my apartment for over 6 years now and they're still there, no replacement of sticky strips yet for my frames.😊

Ms. Thea, regarding your concern about hanging decorative items, you can try using 3M's sticker hooks. I have been using them to hang paintings on my wall. Sturdy sya. I think one hook can take a load of around 3 kgs depending on the size of the hook. Available sya in any major hardware stores.

3M Command Strips. Instead of the hooks, I use the velcro ones so my frames and mirrors are flat against the wall. But, yes. Game changer.

Wow! Nice. If you’re not allowed to drill you can maybe consider sticking or making a built-up wall(support from posts) and have your mirror/shelves/storage. As for the sofa maybe consider having a sofa cover which you can wash/replace/play around with the design. Local architect here and happy to help out. :)
