HOA 😢😢. The biggest thing that perplexes me about hoa is that it feels like a wasted investment sometimes. Please correct me if I’m wrong but as a buyer, even if your home/condo is paid in full you still pay hoa indefinitely. Also hoa isn’t tax exempt, but I’ve heard that if you rent in some states it is tax exempt, is that true?
