Thank you very much for this talk! I recognized my current company 100% in all its statements and structures. This is a real motivation for me to start something of my own and simply do things differently. And I think that even as a Linear user, you realize that you are doing many things right and well.

Amazing talk, thank you! Love the analogies and it resonated 100%. I am thinking a lot about this lately too as we face exactly all of those problems. In your model at Linear, how to you distribute the PMs/Designers? Do you still work with the classic 1 PM 1 designer for the main and supporting squads?
