Aquí se muestra la configuración de una imagen fija, en este caso se trata de un video de importación por si deseas utilizar tus animaciones creadas en otro software, deberás configurar antes la duración de las imágenes.
A continuación se explica brevemente lo que se muestra en pantalla.

y lo cambiamos a 30 o 60 fps. Cerramos el editor para que se apliquen los cambios, o abrimos nuevo archivo.

3:39 Y podemos ver que va algo mas lento pero con una sensación de fluidez.
NOTA: tu puedes cambiar esto en la misma linea de tiempo de forma manual a cada fotograma si tienes pocos, arrastrando sin soltar en el extremo de cada uno de ellos, en algunos puedes hacer que duren mas otros menos, pero si vas a importar secuencias enteras donde las animaciones que tienes son muchos cuadros, entonces deberás hacer la configuración que se muestra aquí.
