You need to do another KZfaq video podcast with James Sinclair. He's a very straight talking businessman. You may not always agree on everything but seeing you both bounce off each other is really good to see any makes for compelling viewing.

Has 9 dissolved companies under his name, maybe more. Let's look at the claims made. Progressive property has a net worth of 277k no fixed assets, so where there 1500 units, then? Progressive property network is technically insolvent. Progressive property ventures doesnt own any property but 6 property! Net worth 37k progressive lets no property and a net worth of 27k. Acorn property, which failed, had a mortgaged property of £210k with a worth of 240k didn' rob say we dont leverage high? Seems pretty leveraged to me, in fact, it sold for 190k, so hsbc took a hair cut there. A directors loan account couldn't be repaid as insufficient personal assets existed. I would be wary of any claims made.

Fact he’s not worth any where close to 10 mill none of them are . It’s all shite for clout . U can’t hide that level and there’s zero hmrc have on them . Easier if they said we are off shore .

Robs business partner is actually the one in control of the business. He hasthe larger share of the businesse and rob is more like his employee than partner

I been following both of you for years, more him since I came across Jimbo many a moons ago through Dan Bradbury. He is not aggressive, he is just direct in what questions he wants answers too. Good interview, but I saw this on his channel I think about two years ago, however the content is still ever green. I think you should interview Sally Lawson too. Thanks 👊🏾

Not surprised he is skeptical to be honest, your story doesn't appear realistic. You own 1500 units and you are 40 years old and you acquired all this property in the span of what 10-15 years. That means you purchased and fully renovated 100-150 units a year on average which sounds absolutely ridiculous. And you said you were broke so no family fortune to get you started. How does one even convince a bank to lend on the purchase of 100-150 units a year considering you must not have any property which has been paid off considering mortage on average is 10-15 years. Not a digg, its just it doesn't sound possible

The bank loan is possible if you get an investor to go in alongside you. The idea being that the cash flow from the units will pay for the bank loan. And if you can’t pay then the bank will take the whole building. It is possible to do, the hard part is getting someone to go in alongside you to put their money. Which can also be done but that’s all about networking and building trust which is a whole other skill set that of course none of these influencers talk about because THAT is the real key in business success - networking and communicating effectively - which let’s be honest, most people can’t talk to save their lives.

@@weepingangel6805 How do you fully renovate 100-150 units per year, he said elsewhere that he purchases property in bad condition. My guess is that he doesn't know anything about building, doesn't strike me as someone with experience in construction.

Very interesting clash of view points here. Since this video was done, James went against robs advice & bought a chain of coffee shops, hotels etc - I don’t follow rob as much but I did like this line of questioning & feel even more online entrepreneurs/coaches should be subjected too, including James! Very good content

I didn't think any of the questions were aggresive. Personally I couldn't care less how much money you've got or what you own. I've got my own journey through life to navigate. I find all the business talk very interesting though and learn a lot from these sort of interviews
