Hi madam, Your first sentence doesn't get a point for me. Your statement - "If I had wings, I would fly" why can't we use like " If I had wings, I would have fly" had treats the PP right then we have to use would have. Kindly clear it for me.

Because it is a future perfect tense in the past. So we have to use v3 form of the verb.
