I met him at IHOP here in Rosemont(it's a suburb of Chicago right next to O'Hare airport where the All-State Arena is) after an episode of Raw. Solid dude I just shook his hand n said respect for all you do it's hard work and WE ARE NOT ENTERTAINED 😂 we laughed real quick n I left. Hes 1 of those dudes that doesn't have an ego n doesn't walk with his nose up like some of the cunts that get to WWE all the sudden they can't stop for 10 seconds for a little interaction like that. Sheamy baby is one of the good ones

I met him at McDonald’s and he cut me in line. So I said hey Mr Irish fella! Get ur butt in line ! Then he punched me! So I grabbed metal bar and hit him over head w it just like on tv. Turns out in real life it’s felony. I didn’t know that. So he beat me up and I went to jail for weapon charge ! I don’t like him. I also tried stone cold stunner! I fell right on my arse when I went for kick and he just pummeled me more. I don’t know what I did wrong

I met Sheamus and Drew McIntyre in the Nashville airport a year ago. Both of them are some of the nicest gentlemen around. Sheamus was complimentary about everything and Drew was a bit more quiet but was also nice and was going along with everything lol. Offered them both a pint since we were all at a bar inside. He also wasn't actually 145lb just because he cut to that weight for a fight lol he was really more like 160 then. And actually I'm not even too sure that's when he was at 145, could've even been 155 when he was at about 170 walking around.

yes bc its a scripted fight where guys are scripted to eat punches, kicks & get slammed. not to mention the stuff like flipping off of the ropes that would not even be attempted in a real fight lol. its actually easy for pro fighters to avoid punches kicks & slams from non fighters, esp when the non fighters only expierence is in context where everything is scripted 😂

@@jcast34Actually yeah, he trained heavily with Claudio Castanogli with catch-as-catch can and pure grappling (which is Claudio's specialty) using a lot of old-school British grappling and Greco Roman wrestling. Sheamus did a lot of cardio-based chain wrestling with Claudio after his neck-injury, and they even have a few videos of him going through the reps, with submissions, holds, transitions and sprawl offense/defense as a way to get back into shape. The last thing Connor would want to do is go to the ground with a guy as big and as trained as Sheamus.
