I am so happy to welcome you to my channel and my weekly slimming world Vlog 🤗
So where do I start with this week ……… it's hectic and that's the up and down of it!
The biggest problem I have on slimming world is when life gets in the way and that's a bit how it is right now so join me in a busy week trying to do what needs doing and stay on plan …… 😬 Including weigh day results.

Good luck with the move Clare. Don't be disheartened with the gain - you did have a couple of meals off plan and that's all it takes sometimes. More annoying to be 100% on plan and not lose! Best of luck in your new home. Have a great week.😊

Brilliant vlog Claire. So enjoying them. Looked to me as you had a good week, although stress does play a big part in losing weight. You should have a loss for next week. Hope your move went well, such a busy and stressful time. xx

Hi Claire, keep doing what you’re doing, you’ll lose it next week. I have been at target since May but it took me a long time to get there. It was so unfair at times and I had been on plan. It comes off eventually. Good luck with the house move.

oooh i'll have to try that i have the gordons pink gin which i ithink is half a syn for 50ml, good luck with teh house move! I LOVE the SW pims and my OH who has a pathological hatred of balsamic vinegar likes it as well! well he did until he found out what was in it!🤣

My husband hates vinegar and he likes it too !!! Literally can’t believe vinegar and lemonade is nice 🤣🤣🤣 I haven’t even got around to trying the gin yet maybe this Evening x

I’ve got some alcohol free pink gin from work but noticed the date was January this year lol 😂. I guess it should be ok lol 😂

I love the alcohol free gin I know people get a bit funny but for me it’s low calories and no hangover next day and for me it doesn’t set my health off ❤
