Console Table // Sofa Table Using Rubio monocoat Cotton White

I built this Console Table / Sofa Table out of red oak. I toned down the redness in the Red Oak using Rubiomonocoat Color Easy Mint White, and then finished it with Rubiomonocoat Cotton White. I'm really happy with the way it turned out and with the slight taper to the legs!

Hello, I have some stair treads I’m making. They called for white oak but my wood that I bought was some white and some red. Do you think if I use the mint white on the red oak and then the Rubio pure (clear) on all of them, that they will blend well together? Great build by the way!

Thanks for checking out the video! It is hard to say that they will match since the grain between red oak and white oak are a bit different, but I would definitely test on a scrap piece of white and red oak to see if it matches enough to your liking.
