When someone submits your form you can use the Contact Form 7 auto reply with attachment to send them an email immediately afterwards. The attachment can be a thank you PDF, an onboarding document or anything else you think would be appropriate. The file you attach to the email must be on the same server as your website, or this one work. In this tutorial I'll show you two ways add attachments to contact form 7 emails.

Your are simply awesome. I did not know you could simply do this in contact 7 form, I spent a lot of time trying to find proper third party application to set up something like this.

Thank you for sharing this video! I got up to the last step, however, I keep getting these errors: /uploads/2019/05/Digital-Payments-1.pdf >> Attachment file does not exist at /uploads/2019/05/Digital-Payments-1.pdf. & uploads/2019/05/Digital-Payments-1.pdf >> It is not allowed to use files outside the wp-content directory. The file definitely exists, but CF7 somehow isn't picking it up. What could be the problem?

how would you do this when a customer selects a specific dropdown option to send another email template with an attachment? there is no way to add additional mail options after Mail 2

Can we set up an auto rules in Outlook to send emails with attachments at scheduled timings automatically, without any manual intervention? Please note the attachment document data will change every single day.

Hi Ashwini, I haven't used Outlook in at least 5 years, but I remember that it had powerful ruled back then. You should be able to send emails with attachments pretty easily. Changing the attachment everyday with manual intervention may not be possible with only Outlook. Same with scheduling the emails. You may have to use Outlook along with a Macro program (to switch attachments everyday) and your computer's Cron (for scheduling). It'll be tricky to set up, that's for sure.

sir I want to send the pdf file to the user based on the dropdown filed if the user selects A Then the pdf file of A should go on his mail if he selects B Then the PDF file of B should go on his email

I followed the tutorial exactly, and I get the first email saying XXX was sent the attachment, but the auto respond attachment email never actually arrives. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Hi, I've done all the steps from the video and made changes based on needs... But for some reason I'm not getting the email, and the recipient is getting the file but as a spam email. Is there a way to fix this? Help please ;-;

I lose you when you go to "pages". I don't want to add a new page, I want to use it for a current page and I don't have guttenburg or whatever so this doesn't work
