[HANDLED] Contact Form 7 spam protection using the Disallow List

This is two of the best ways to stop spam messages being sent through contact form 7. And it’s really easy to set up. No extra plugins are required. I’ll show you how it all works in this video.

Hey Bjorn, great content, thanks. However when I go to my settings I don't have the Discussion section there at all, where do I go to turn it on? (Maybe I've turned it off somewhere, just can't remember) Thanks 😀👍

Hey Murray, long time no see! You may have removed the Discussion section via the functions.php file. Or a theme or plugin may have removed the discussion section via user roles settings? Without seeing your site's setup and coding and poking around it's impossible to know why it's gone :( Luckily, this updated CF7 playlist has a bunch of ways to stop CF7 spam: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/jeCHmLtot7mXiac.html Just using one or two of these methods will have a big effect on your spam.
