The flexible Copal C2 Mobile unloads heavy jute bags (with e.g. coffee beans or cocoa beans) semi-automatic from containers. The bags can be individually weighed, moist can be detected and bags are sorted and palletised by a robot, according to a stacking pattern set by the customer and driven away with a forklift truck for storage or further processing. When a warehouse is full, the machine is easily moved to a next warehouse.
The Copal C2 Mobile is integrated in a trailer and can be transported by road. The system can be moved quickly and easily and operate at multiple locations, also outside. No docking stations are needed.
