If the jute bags have a polypropylene liner inside, is the liner broken by the spider hooks? We typically instruct "no hooks" on lined bags.

I thought this company was bankrupt. Anyway, to be the first in fully au otmatic container unloading systems you need at least meet these specs: 1- fully automatic does not mean that you have an operator playing with joysticks to move the suckers. 2 - there was a real fully automatic system in the market in 2008, 11 years after your claim of being the "first" with your so called fully automatic system.

No UPS nor FedEx has anything as neatly organized boxes as shown in the video...within the truck, each and all packages are highly arbitrary, sizes are small and large, abnormal boxes, lightweight and heavyweight, stacked unevenly, collapsed, and piled...That is the reality. I do not think such a specialized robot like this can unload straightforwardly. I suppose, perhaps a different factory may have equally distributed boxes can do for this job.

Dear, thanks for the comment. Our Gripper penetrates the bags with 2 needles per each finger and there are 3 fingers on each hand. A total of 2x3x2=12 needles pick-up the bags. Please let me know if you require more information and give me a call @ +31314667855

the back of your employees will thank you later for this. You might be faster in the beginning but i doubt that you are faster for a whole container, as no human is able to have a constant speed. In addition to this the risk of injuries etc are much higher. The ROI of a machine is not only fast for high volumes but also cheaper in the long run as you require less man power. I wonder whether they have this machine in Vietnam

Containers met cacao zijn nooit helemaal tot het dak geladen, je kan er altijd overheen kruipen dus hij heeft er altijd de ruimte voor. Alleen gooien wij dit met de hand veel sneller leeg

Dat komt trouwens door het gewicht want ze kunnen 50 tot 90 kilo wezen, en over de jutte zakken moet altijd een dubbele laag karton
