I loved this video, bro, however, I have to strongly disagree with using Broja as a player that the fan base widely wanted to stay at the club. We gave him a couple games in succession to make it work, but he did not play well at all. Furthermore, the entire family was begging for him to go off on loan while also wishing him the best of luck in development. Let’s not pretend like we were all for him staying with us when he was performing so poorly every time he went on the field.

I would have to agree with you. Broja is not a top Club Player. No offence to any Club when I write this, but he is more a Forest, Luton, Burnley etc. Player. A Squad that would need him and would play him, where he would do some good. He makes no difference what so ever to that Chelsea Side, he has proven that.

If Poch must be replaced, Tuchel is the only name I’ve heard that I think could be an improvement. I’m not a big Poch supporter or anything, but tearing out a manager the players support and starting AGAIN from scratch would need to be justified with a GREAT manager, and I always felt Tuchel at his best was a tactical master.

You can't blame the Maatsen ordeal on the directors or ownership. We had a ton of hurt fullbacks and Poch still refused to play him, and when he did, it was a wing. He was loaned because Poch didn't rate him, plain and simple.

Any new manager will go through the same process as poch. Takes about 3 months to understand the characteristics of your squad. Give poch another season to build on what he has learnt about the individuals in this squad

Family members of players need to learn to keep their mouths shut at least until the player is permanently out of the club and even then it’s shameful of them to talk about things that make it harder to move on. If the club did the same thing about things the player or their reps do in private it would make life harder for them at a new club. And let’s face it. With Ian Matseen, Pochettino is the one who failed him and didn’t put any faith in him.

I’m yet to be convinced by Maatsen. Was unanimous at best when he played for us, often a liability. He’s scored 2 goals this season. 2 assists. Def signs of progress. But still miles away from the world beater we need to dominate the prem. All of our current full backs (even cucerella) are miles better. He should stay in Germany for another season, grow in confidence, and reasses this time next year.

Pure speculation, as usual. Amorim did NOT meet any Chelsea Representatives, in fact and maybe sadly, Pochettino WILL be in charge of CFC come next Season. Amorim has been linked with every major Club and their pet and it is just the Hacks clutching at straws, hoping that one of them will be right at some point. Pochettino seem to like maatsen, he played him the most in pre-season. It seems more about money as his dad said, rather than our manager not preferring him. Would love maatsen to stay here, but to be honest cuceralla and chilwell provide more experience and leadership. Wouldn’t mind us going for kerkez though if we sell maatsen. I don’t see maatsen as a significant upgrade to chilwell and cuceralla. Neither do I see Hartman either. It will be another sideway moves.

Conte was a Great manager for Us but would the Players we have Suit him tactically i don't think So, we have players who love having the Ball and playing on the Front foot. Conte likes his Teams Defending alot without the Ball and Killing teams in Counter Attacks/Transitional attacks.. Will this Style suit the Vast Majority of our Players, some of whom don't like tracking Back??? i Am not so sure. would our Players be Fitter and Stronger than this season?? Absolutely they will 💯.. Would this Club Give Conte the Players he wants to add to the Squad??? i Don't think so.. How long would he remain here being frustrated as lack of Critical Signings before going public??? Not Long.. This New Club Model does Not suit Conte.. Tuchel May be able to Work here Better than most Managers since he's done this many times before. However Tuchel is also at that stage as a manger like Klopp who is Tired of Using Limited resources, knowing fully well the Club can afford to spend and get him direct Targets.. they want to Build and assemble a winning team in the shortest possible time, the long term project are Draining. As you can see with Liverpool he's been there longer than any club But the Trophies are Few and Far between.. But he was able to build one of the Best teams ever.. So i Think the Club would give Poch next Season because of the circumstances of this season which went totally against him. and The Club has to take the most responsibility for the Foolish decisions they have made along with the Good ones they've also made.. I think Conte can play both the 352 and the 343 with us. I think he'll prefer the 352 though with ST options being Jackson/Lukaku/Nkunku and Palmer playing behind them.

Conte's system will do great with our squad. We are a 3 ATB team. RJ, Gusto as wingbacks will shine. In Conte system Caicedo will improve. It's not all negative Hazard said the best football he played was under Conte. It might benefit our attackers playing on the transition eg Mudryk

When Broja went on loan I´m pretty sure they thought Nkunku would be fit and that´s more on the medical department (I just look at how many players that have been injuried all season or almost all season and it crazy). Because if Nkunku would have been fit Broja would have been third choice.

@@gavrisrazvan-valer7145 context matters. We had the most injuries to any key players for any club in the premier league and we are still doing much better than last season. We scored more goals than we have had for the past 5plus years, gone on longest unbeaten streak for the past few years, and are competitive again against top clubs. Those are all definitely green light. If we had our key players fit especially our defenders, we wouldn’t have conceded much. We have been playing most of this season with our 2nd maybe even third choice defender.

I m not pochettino biggest fan, but it is just common knowledge that if we had most of our players fit, we would be significantly higher in the table. Our underlying stat are also positive. I m not going to ignore those facts, just so we go backwards next season. Our players and club need stability.

Cucurella isn’t consistent with his performances. Maybe due to injuries he’s had. 2nd half AVL was good but what happened at 1st half? Noni has to do more defensively as a team player but only move forward when he has the ball on his feet.

Because of the group of players Tuchel is more suited tbh. But Conte could bring back Lukaku and having him as the main striker. Mudryk would end up leaving same way Diego Costa and John Obi Mikel was phased out. So it woulf be interesting whomever is the next Chelsea Football Club manager

Maatsen is quality and it was very easy to see from his previous loan spells at clubs that he's better than Cucurella and an injury prone Chilwell..The fact are simple minded owners could not see that show's you they have zero understanding of what makes a good footballer !

Mmmmm.... If people knew the ins and outs as to why Tuchel was let go, they would not want him back. Not to mention, given the state he left that Squad in, why would any Chelsea Supporter want him back?! As for Conte...he moaned like merry hell, until CFC had no choice but to let him go, he then purposely did not work again, until the compensation order was up, costing CFC £12m. Would they really want him back? Not that it matters as neither will ever become Chelsea Manager again. Not while Boehly and Co are in charge, that I can guarantee.

I just don't get why Poch doesn't want Maatsen. I know for sure that it ain't footballing reasons. Fullbacks don't need to be tall. Name me one very good full back who's tall. Roberto Carlos, Marcel, Ashley Cole etc were all not 'tall'.

The Elephant in the room is "Why exactly do we need sporting directors, when a manager is better placed to find the players best suited to his plans and needs"! Football these days is run too much like a business rather than a Sport. IMO Directors should operate the admin and financial side and leave the hiring of players to those working directly with them. Have you ever heard of Sportsmen running a Bank?

Bring Conte back, give him a GK, 2 CB's and 2 CF's. This team just need to lose the L plates and can only do so by starting to defend again. Our current CF hates heading the ball so he should revert to LM, let Mudrk go. Our new CF's can help defend set pieces. This team isn't far away, but it needs the Conte steel. Bring back Anthony Barry as well.
