This is the first English spoken teardown of this reel. also my first video of a teardown.... saltwater worthy? for the money, yes. I import these for resale so I had to make sure they were worth the investment.

The only issue with the seasir.and some other Chinese branded reels with the metal foot after awhile the chrome plating starts to peel off and the aluminium then starts to corroid. The fix for this is to scrap/peel/sand the remaining metal plating and prime.and paint then you won't have anymore issues. So far all the Chinese reels I've owned and used for saltwater that have the metal none painted reel foot all starts to peel including the kastking megatron. If they painted the metal foot instead of plating them then they would be a perfect reel for the price. I'm an Australian living.in the Philippines so I've bought many Chinese branded reels online as I am an avid fisherman. It's good to see Chinese reel brands tear downs in English appreciate your videos 👍

Thankyou for showing this. Considering buying a smaller reel looks very well made. Seasir is getting very good reviews in their baitcasters and this spin reel looks to be made nice. Didn't look like there was much lube/ grease in there. The metal shavings in the drag washes is a little disappointing. Other than that looks very good. Been out for a fish yet?

Good enough to buy 20 more. I resale them. There is just enough grease. I have not fished with one yet.
