@@alexfrogman2631 это не умер, это утонул и улетел.) А когда в него босс на подводной лодке ракетами шмалял, в упор, ему хоть бы хны было. Не работает это так с нормальной игрой.))) Да и ракеты в уровне с самолётами, просто так сквозь персонажа не пролетают.))

@@alexfrogman2631 про хитбокс - в детстве не раз пробовал так бить этого боса. Не выходило.) С автоматом да, стратегия рискованная, Смита я сам на этого боса брал. Хоть валил всем подряд, даже минами(отдельный шик был, минами завалить). Про прыжки знал, еще с детства. Вообще игра была одной из любимых. Хоть и не классическая контра, но вместе с P.O.W. - это были две любимые экшен игры.

@@alexfrogman2631 все боссы в подобных играх двигаются по примитивному алгоритму, его достаточно выучить и всё. Во всех играх той эпохи так.

There is a way to make it run smoother with the feux emulator, I played it and it's a so much different experience, it becomes even harder to play it, but in a good sense, at full speed it's actually like playing an actual contra game.

@@tatemil1 yes. You can make it run at perfect speed. It makes it a lots of fun. But pretty hard too. Too bad, platforming doesn't feel that precise in this game.

Not quite correct, you have to hold jump first before pressing start, and not let go of jump after pressing start again. Holding jump after you have already tapped it will not work, nor is holding it during the pause menu

There was a similar a trick on mega man to multipy damage

I will respond in English because my Russian is a bit rusty. The reason you stay on the left side is that there is a safe zone. If you stay on the right side, the turret aims directly at you, so you have to be further to the right, and then you are in the line of fire of the engines. You can play them on the original NES platform, but it's really hard to find a working one. You can also use an emulator like FCEUX.

Everything on the screen creates lag even the clouds in level 4. If you kill yourself the screen doesn't scroll while you have invincibility frames. The idea is to move as close as possible to the edge of the screen so you are able to kill every enemy as soon as they appear to save lag.
