Clorox Bleach I hear you. I wasn't able to beat it as a kid, but started playing it again when I turned 20 and was able to then. I just turned 30 and tried the game again a couple weeks ago for old times sake, and it's still tough as fuck

I did when I was 10 on that box console with that 8 bit glitching processor which would suddenly slow down if too much graphic input is required, and those hard samurai controller button which would give you painful fingers for a week. Even kicked and threw that box console when I couldn’t beat the level and lost all lives without save function. 🤪

Nowadays we get PC emulators that allow us to save the game at every instance of the game and reload from the saved point... This allows you to complete the game without losing a life.... "Now you know the SECRET"

Every childhood may be good but we 90s children had video games, WWF, tv and then enjoyed cellphones n Facebook as well later n specially no corona spoiled our childhood....I would say 90 s kids were the lucky ones to watch wonder movies, live life playing outside as well as enjoy cell phones n social media later ..... so I guess it was a privilege to be a 90s kid

Even the ending is so beautiful in this game, with such a nice,warm music along with the mentioning of the makers of this game and a lovely message 'consider yourself a hero'!! Of course, today's kids may have better graphics, better gameplay and everything at their disposal, but it's nothing like how we used to play our video games with a console and a tv and all the friends around us!! Since this concept of virtual gaming was very new at that time, we really enjoyed each and every bit of it! Today's generation can never, ever understand that excitement and happiness!

This game is more than a decade older than me but I was lucky my mom bought me one of those nes console copies when I asked her for a xbox, I remember I was angry at first but I was able to have a lot of fun playing many of these nes classics: Mario, Contra, Tetrix, Excite Bike, Elevator, Tank 1954, Duck Hunt (I had that crazy gun too!) and many others. I still have that console and play it sometimes out of nostalgy, my fingers end up hurting like crazy though XD
