Really good observation! Suuuuper twisty! Some the slabs had a 45 degree grain orientation. It looked cool. This log must’ve been ancient. It was super seasoned. Somebody had been sitting on this thing for a while. It sawed really easy, grain looked good, pretty dark.. will definitely be a dramatic deepcolored lumber when finished.
