Ordered a board and $400 worth of equipment. 8 business days later I had to contact them to ask what the status was only to find out they "were just about to contact me about some issues with my order". I do not recommend this company.

Need help. Looking for the wiring diagram for the pedestal 4 player above. I contacted GRS and they want me to send them pictures of the non working unit?

I like the layout, but only if it was a couple of inches wider so the trackball wasn't so close to player 1 buttons.

I bought this cab and am very happy with it im using my X arcade tank stick. GSR support via email sucks horribly they will try to sell you parts for your system knowing they won't fit and try not to answer questions directly. When they finally answer your questions its usually after they have tried to sell you whatever they can. Then they refer you to their KZfaq page. As for this cab I have no complaints. I was going to buy a 32 inch arcade from GSR but their support made me think twice about repeat business. Went with Microcenter instead their cabs are actual wood and cost 40% less than GSR plus their customer support is awesome.
