I'm the proud owner of a pair of Krell KMA-160 monoblocks. They have a past, so to speak. I rebuilt them after they were involved in a house fire, and they've been non-stop reliable since I got them and rebuilt them, around 1998 or so. Still great amps to this day.

Holy SSS. IS that the guy who designed Krell amplifier. It was one of the memorable amplifier that impressed me most at a Hifi show when I was 28 years old. Respect.

What a wonderful segment. I was hanging on each and every word and was very disappointed when it came to an abrupt ending. A part 2 would be awesome. Well done!

A great interview Adrian. Mr Dagostino was exciting and interested in relaying wonderful memories. I could never afford his primo equipment but appreciate his passion for the music and reproduction of it. Cheers

Fascinating conversation with Dan's 50 year history of innovation and passion in High End Audio resulting in wonderful music that we all enjoy in our homes. I agree his preamps and amps produce the magic based on designs over a lifetime of pursuing excellence.

Wow! Dayton Wrights. I remember hearing them at Chestnut Hill Audio on Cherry Street in Philadelphia with Jack Rubinson. To this day, I have never heard bass reproduced quite like that.

Been a Krell user for eons, I received my KSA-250 in Nov. of 1990 prior I had the KSA-80 and a slew of fan-cooled-era Krells. The blue LED was a big deal at the time.
