Conversation with senior Iyengar teacher, Carrie Owerko, the queen of playfulness in Iyengar yoga. While in Paris last fall, the sparking and bubbly Carrie came over for tea and shared some of her insights on and off the mat. We had such a wonderful time chatting that we ran over-time!
