I feel something in him that I can’t explain, he’s so humble, he speaks with so much love and respect about everything he does. I’m a huge fan of him. He’s that type of guy that you really want to sit and have a long conversation about everything. And don’t even let me start talking about how attractive he is ... YES, I’M IN LOVE WITH THIS MAN ❤️

I'm so fascinated with Adam. There's something different about him, like Hollywood hasn't stained his soul yet. He seems like a presence of his own. I became intrigued immediately when I saw him in Star Wars and for years I hadn't seen him in anything else but I just saw Marriage Story and I'm obsessed. Astounding performances. Adam has a genuine spirit that is really admirable: intelligent, humble, and naturally funny. Also major props to jenelle. An interview is only as good as its interviewer. This was excellent! Fun, informed and flows with the actor.

It's why he sometimes comes off as awkward but is still able to make it work. He doesn't really mold himself to other people's expectations - maybe due to some social challenges, maybe just due to his personality, who knows - but it makes it all the more clear he's being genuine, which is refreshing.

I love this interviewer! She is exactly everything a interviewer should be. She’s relaxed and comfortable (making the person being interviewed comfortable) but not unprofessional. She always seems to do her research but not to the extent where she knows EVERYTHING about the person. She is especially great with Adam Driver. He has expressed before his dislike of constantly talking about himself, but he seems very relaxed here, telling stories that he has never told before (on television) and going more in-depth on certain topics. Overall this interviewer is amazing! PS. Loved marriage story! Overall amazing film and I hope the film and its actors win Oscars!

For me this interview is bittersweet. There's some repetition from the first interview which I, alas, watched quite recently. It's impossible to match the novelty of that experience. And there's something between these two, a kind of professional tenderness, that makes viewing them together extraordinary. Jenelle is a treasure. Well-informed, light, funny, authentic & just lovely. These two bring out the best in each other. I don't know if they have much more to say to each other about typical actor subjects. I don't need to hear about the grandfather's video collection for a third time. Yet there's something about their chemistry that renders them endlessly charming and true.

Adam here just said a great thing without even realizing it. The jet-leg comparaison he told about the actor having to adjust himself and his emotions doing a movie or a play, this right here is the key to a great movie and a normal one. Great movies, talking about, The Godfather, Taxi Driver, Schindler’s list etc... they make you feel like that when you watch them. They transport you to a whole other place, and life, you’re just kinda confused and need to get used to all these emotions and feelings. Not all movies have the power to do it and that’s the difference between a movie and a masterpiece. They always go beyond it

46:30 I absolutely love want Adam is talking about here. Litterly commenting the timecode so I can go back and watch it again whenever need to here it, cause its something I I struggle with in my life ... The difference between wanting to be liked vs taking the opportunity to play/show/act the way you want to. Power dynamics have nothing to do with the role.
