That new ramp thats being converted to a park will be great for access to the river. It sucks being so close to the river but separated by some infrastructure thing put in to keep people from recreation. They would never allowing blocking access to the river in places like castleton-on-hudson which has one of the highest school taxes in Rensselaer county. That would be unacceptable.
