Synopsis
ABC Family's The Fosters is a compelling, one-hour drama about a multi-ethnic family mix of foster and biological teenaged kids being raised by two moms. Stef Adams Foster, a dedicated police officer, and her wife Lena Adams Foster, a school Vice Principal, have built a close-knit, loving family.
Winner of 2014's GLAAD Media Award for Outstanding Drama Series and 2013's Teen Choice Award for Choice TV Breakout Show, "The Fosters" is executive-produced by Jennifer Lopez.

This was the best series I have ever seen. Everything was up to date with what is happening now days. I felt a part of the family since I saw it on Amazon Prime. Terrific cast and they all made it that much more enjoyable.

Conversations with The Fosters was so good. These types of forums give the viewing audience an insight into the people that portray the characters that we know and love from television. Everyone was so nice, funny and forthcoming during the Q & A. I have to say that I came away liking all of them even more than I did prior to the sit down. I came away with the feeling that no matter how successful they are in their careers that at the end of the day, they're just like us. That we have more in common with them they not. I particularly like the relationship between Sherri and Teri. They really are in many ways very much like their television personas. Teri is outgoing, and Sherri is more reserved/introverted like she says. Their real life chemistry is as strong as their television chemistry. They come off as very genuine people. They leave you with the feeling that you know them; as well as you know Stef and Lena. This by far is one of my favorite SAG Foundation panels. Cierra was great, and I loved her voice. I loved David's response to the Brandon/Callie of it all. Danny was funny and relaxed. Hayden is very intelligent and thoughtful. He really does seem like an "old soul." My prediction for the character that Teri eluded to that she doesn't like on the show during the second half of the season is the new principal. I think that she might make a play for Lena (whom I believe will resume her job at the school) while our favorite couple goes through a rough patch in their marriage. Come on fandom post a comment and let me know what you guys thought about the panel discussion and any predictions for the show during the second half of season two.

I looove this comment!!!!! I attended this event and I agree with everything you said about the Cast!! and hmmm I believe Lena will resume her job at the school too and I hope the principle don't come onto her but if she does, I don't believe Lena will cheat or anything! She has too much love for stef and her family to ever do that! I'm sure she will tell Stef about Monte (the principle) and something will go DOWNN!!! lol

Brittany Love Can you feel the chemistry between Teri and Sherri in person? I'm asking because I heard Bradley Bredeweg and Peter Paige talking about it during a recent interview. The two ladies definitely seem to have a real rapport with each other. Also, is Sherri really as shy as she seems to be? I feel like Teri who is very outgoing and funny brings out Sherri who does seem a little reserved and laid back. By the way, I don't think Lena would cheat either, but Monty might make a pass at her, and Stef might have to come and have lunch with her wife a few times inorder to make a point to the Principal.

Ruth Jenkins Trust me, if you was to see them in person and didn't know anything about these two women, you would assume they're together lol. They're even more adorable offset and off camera. Before they got on stage, they was on the side giggling and hugging each other. Me and my sisters was looking at them and said "awwwwe" lol it's sooo cute. They have a beautiful friendship and I noticed sherri loves rubbing on Teri haha! You see it in the interview too when she's rubbing Teri's back. And Sherri is NOT shy hahaha! Teri must have taken her out her shy shell because she's so silly but she's definitely more laid back than teri! No one is more outgoing than Teri lol. And yes I agree about this principle thing! Plus the producers wouldn't make stef or lena cheat on each other, their love and attraction for each other is too strong!!

Brittany Love Thanks for sharing that information Brittany. I love the show. I don't understand why anyone would be opposed to a show like this. It can't be just because there are two gay moms, because I'm a straight woman and I love the relationship between Stef and Lena; as well as the relationship between Teri and Sherri. Now tell me, how beautiful is Sherri and that hair of hers? How cute is Hayden? He really does seem like an "old soul." What is your impression of Hayden?

You're welcome and I so agree with you. I think many people can relate to this show even if they're not gay or in the foster system. It's about life period! People can relate to the marriage problems stef and lena go through (gay or straight), the school problems the kids go through, and a lot. So I don't know why people would oppose this show either. Also, I'm straight too and I don't see no difference between the love of two straight people and the love of two gay people! Love is Love! And Sherri is SOOOO BEAUTIFUL in person!! Her and Teri! I touched sherri's hair too (soo soft) lol! I talked with both of them after the show and they were so sweet! Honestly the sweetest celebrities I ever met! They smile so hard while talking to you and give the best hugs ever!! Especially Teri, she hugged me about 5 times lol I Kinda teared up! They both knew me from twitter and tweeted me after so it was awesome! Sherri was so excited to know I lived in LA lol it was so cute! Also Hayden is ADORABLE x 1000, he really is a grown man in a 14 year old body.
