4 жыл бұрынThe cast of The Fosters, including Teri Polo, Sherri Saum, Hayden Byerly, David Lambert, Maia Mitchell, Cierra Ramirez, Danny Nucci and Noah Centineo, will share a recorded Zoom table reading of the pilot episode of the Freeform series. Co-creator and executive producer Peter Paige will be reading the stage directions, and the stream will include an introduction by co-creator and executive producer Bradley Bredeweg and Joanna Johnson, executive producer and co-creator of the show's spinoff, Good Trouble. I love how they stepped so effortlessly back into those characters - not just voices but body language and their eyes. Though I do feel a little bad for Hayden sitting through the entire pilot only to say two words and wave! If they do another fundraiser it should be the Season 2 finale, and they should get Gavin McIntosh back.

I don’t understand why people are asking for jake, he left the series, guys!!! Noah is Jesus since he left, it doesn’t make sense for jake to be reading the pilot of a series he abandoned, he gave the part for Noah forever when he gave up, and Noah read the part really well as if he had done it the first time.

Me and my friend have both watched the fosters. I started watching it when she told me about the fosters. We have both been in the system. Been to juvie, group homes, foster families etc. My friend took her own life last year after being in the system for her whole life, I am still in the system and trying to fight as much as I can. Everytime I hear the intro I think of her and hearing it now live really hit me. I wish she was hear today to see this. Thank you for a really good show❤️

Absolutely love this show so much, miss it so bad 😭. Currently rewatching for the millionth time and love it so much that I am already on season 2 after two days 😂. When I was watching this pilot reading I could literally visualise each scene as the cast read while they were doing their scenes cause I know and visualised the show off by heart from the multiple times I have watched and cherished the show. Love it ❤️

A good written pilot can tell you everything about the rest of the series. Brandon sitting on the bus with Callie, telling her that it’s fine if he misses the big piano finals reveals how selfless he is. In the rest of the series he gives up so much and loses so much for the people he loves.

I could never go into acting, I just imagine how awkward this must have been, and then I think about how in probably would be laughing throughout all of this. 😂😅 much respect to the actors. the fosters is the best ❤️

I love that they did this but in my opinion it should have been jake t Austin and Noah centineo possibly alternating between acts. I understand jake hasn’t been involved with the series for years but I feel like it would have been more faithful. Still great to see them all again!

No thanks. Jake left them all hanging and decided the show wasn't good enough for his career. Noah was a perfect find and actually has the bigger career now. Jake definitely should do a wizards of Waverley place reunion though! That's his real family lol

@@johnnybobby5023 In my perspective of someone who binged the show over the last two weeks, I agree with you.... Mr. Centineo took the role and made it his own. In my opinion, while Mr. Austin was well-suited to the first couple of seasons (and really really had some great chemistry with his onscreen sister), I cannot picture him pulling off what the role required for Seasons 3-5. On the other hand... I CAN picture Mr. Centineo retroactively pulling off the Jesus role in Seasons 1-2. Only difference I guess is he would have kicked the s*** out of Vico hahahahaha.

no? jake was fired, he is not associated with the show anymore. why would they have him come back? yall don't make any sense, nobody onset likes jake. he was an asshole to people during filming and he got a DUI so he was fired, simple as that. Noah is Jesus, nobody else.

This show is soooooo good!!! I'm so happy I got to watch it on Netflix. It's a blessing to have a show like this. The opening song makes me tear up every time I hear it. This show should have been shown in school because it tackles so many issues. At least have it as a book for school. I just love this show!! And Lena and Cali are my favorite characters.

I never knew about this show until I starting watching good trouble. Just started watching the fosters a few weeks ago and I'm obsessed! Makes me appreciate and understand calli and Mariana's relationship better

Wow this was absolutely beautiful! As good as the pilot! I watched The Fosters from the day it came out until the finale, I cried. This show got me through tough times, forever one of my fav shows

I am currently watching Good Trouble and I absolutely love ❤ that show so much ! I have yet to watch the fosters and this is such a beautiful way to experience such a relevant , passionate, truly needed program !
