i guess this is a 3rd party battery, I want to do the same with a sanger npfw50, but without soldering, i tried to mimic the two battery wiring. with a 12v 2A adapter, i divided it into two, and step down voltages to 5ish V, wired the two stepdown modules like 2 Lipo batteries to the pcb (i used the 3rd connection VC) and got 7.4 V at the output. But camera starts with %5 battery shown then says battery exhausted and shut down. Is it possible current is not enough? can you give details about current draw? max min? and what is that part you unsolder, then connected? I would be appreciated.

you need at lease 8v at output

@@TrungTran-uh8mn I feed with 8 V but, i guess i need to desolder the part as you do. but mine has a slightly different PCB, can you help me which part to desolder?

@@ozon89 this is my original battery you need remove battery protection IC or directly connect the output of step down module to battery connector

Hi. I did as in your video, the battery started and shut down once. I think it's stuck, the camera can't see it at all. What should I do? Do you have a way? Thank you

did you remove battery protection IC

@@TrungTran-uh8mn I removed the IC and connected the pins as in the video. The solution to this problem: I connected a 2s lipo battery to the board and connected the camera to USB charging. After 24h, the camera started up. I now have a new problem, the camera without the lens works, but with the lens on it keeps restarting in a loop. Have you had such a problem?

@@dronowicz have you try another battery never charging battery by usb after this mod because remove battery protection IC may cause over voltage charge

you can directly connect 8v to battery output terminal however to keep the PCB with output contact i must do that

congrats for you video my friend. i have tried your trick and it is working fine on 1080p but since i set the camera to record 4k it turns off when i hit the record button. Any idea. the input voltage is 8.1v.

maybe it's voltage drop have you measure input voltage while recording

Hello , I've canon battery . I want to use a powerbank output of 5v 2a and send it to a step up converter then make is 7.5v-8v . will it work ?

i have use Step-up converter and when i take the photo seem like voltage drop and the camera stop working you might want to use Quickcharge 2.0 powerbank with Quickcharger trigger module and use 1 or 2 diode in series to have 8v at output for stability

I've tried with power bank and a boost module but it is nor worked . then i tried two lithium ion battery in series to give 8v still camera says that change the battery pack . Then i attached original lithium ion pack of battery it says 100% capacity and camera is running full ok . then i connect two lithium 18650 battery and connect them with original battery pack like one lithium and one original one side and other side one original and one lithium 18650 so when i connect it with the camera it says battery low . still i did not get it why its happeingn . hopefully this reply could help others . Thats why i am sharing my experience with LP-E10 battery . If you found any reason why its not working please share with me . and now i orderd new battery pack but still i am searching for solution . Thanks 💕💕

mình cũng đang có 2 quả pin hỏng mà mạch của nó hơi khác của b. cũng nhìn thấy con ic đấy rồi :)) định mai làm thử xem sao :)) cơ mà mình nối thẳng vào 2 cực ra của mạch luôn đc ko hay qua mạch kia nó an toàn hơn ?? mình dùng pin f970 để làm nguồn :))

Như nhau nhưng nếu không gỡ IC như mình làm thì mỗi lần lắp pin vào sẽ phải cắm usb để kích nó lên Bỏ qua mạch câu thẳng vào pin vẫn chạy bt

@@TrungTran-uh8mn ok b để tí mình thử :)) tại hôm nọ đấu vào 2 dây thấy nó ko lên :)) đo thì chỉ thấy điện ở 2 đầu pin là 8.4v mà ko thấy điện ở đầu ra :| chắc do cái ic đấy đúng ko nhỉ :))

@@socstudio9639 chuẩn đó Con ic đó khi lắp pin vào máy phải cắm sạc qua usb 1 cái cho nó kích hoạt nên mình bỏ luôn

@@TrungTran-uh8mn mình làm đc r b ạ :)) mỗi là lúc nhổ ic ra nó bung cả mối hàn :)) thế nào hàn vào vẫn đc .còn 1 mạch nữa chắc hôm nào làm cẩn thận haha .thanks b nhé :| à tiện cho mình hỏi là ko cần nhổ ic ra mà câu dây thẳng đc luôn ko nhỉ ?? tại đầu mỏ hàn xung nó to quá hơi khó nhổ :|:|
