It's a house to 3 bed apartment conversion and it's coming along well, about 6 weeks away from being finished. AK: I left my corporate job after experiencing mental and physical health issues, and we started our KZfaq channel to document our journey as new property investors in 2019 with no upfront capital. Lia: With nearly a decade of experience building my own entertainment channel on KZfaq from 0 to over 330k followers, the unpredictable nature of a content creator's monthly income took a toll on my mental health. Ultimately, my goal is to build a secure financial foundation for our future family.

You guys are so knowledgeable about this whole process, from the financial aspect to the mechanical stuff, I wouldn't know where to begin! But like I said we have a lot of little victorian houses like this in downtown San Jose, California, I used to live in one, it was very nice 🙂of course, it is the USA, and an area where it gets hot, so they have AC added on the modern era 😃 Lia looked dreamy in this video too 😲 great job as always 🙂

I enjoy your updates on what you are doing. I have to laugh about AK wearing a winter jacket and shorts ,from the waist up dressed for winter, from the waist down dressed for summer at the beach, I laugh because I have a relative who does it, everyone in the family laughs at him every time he does it. Good progress on your project. 😂❤

It's really coming along and I love how great it looks on process. Your contractors are tidy which is rare here in the US. So glad to see you two. Love your content! Do you have a video on the process of turning a house into a flat from a legal perspective beyond planning permission e.g do you need to get the new flats registered, is there a way you have to choose door numbers etc

1. Do you have a Facebook group page by any chance? 2. How long did it take to get your planning permission? Did you have to deal with objections? 3. Did you start work in the background in between the purchase and the plan getting approved?

I would really like to get in touch. I'm currently converting a property into a 4 bed HMO in Bedworth. Happy to pay for your time, if you could give me some advice electrical and fire regs/requirements. Its a minefield, trying to find the correct regulations. Even after talking with Nuneaton council.
