My mind was blown when I finally understood what's going on with people who don't walk the talk. Are they being hypocritical or reasonable? Is it possible for us to be driven by conflicting intentions, some with more conviction than others, or is it just our old friend Cognitive Dissonance? Does doing this create turmoil within? Only you can answer that for yourself. Does it? 🤯 If you find value in these videos, please show your support with as little as $1/month through www.buddhistbootcamp.com/support

Namaste Timber 🙏 This hit home for me because I do struggle with structure, flexibility, conviction, etc. Yoga for the mind is 💯 accurate! When I wake up, my diet preferences, my exercise commitment, nurturing friendships, picking up litter around town, fair trade, cruelty free, minimalism, mindfulness, reusable water bottle, drinking so many ounces of water, sobriety, what to eat when, what time I go to sleep, you get my drift! So many causes, concerns, and convictions, and perspectives. I find for my self putting compassion 1st helps me to remember to breathe and go fourth with love 💕 I love you and I am grateful for your care and compassion 💟

Amazing..I have often found myself trying to rationalize my reactions to those who say one thing and then do something I think is the antithesis of what they say they believe! Very peace giving. I can be flexible far easier than have to chose to give up what I think is important.
