You know how the pig poo smell? It's something so strong in smell that farmers must have a special permit to have a pig farm and must absolutely be away from city's and village because of the VERY STRONG AND BAD SMELLS!!!! But you must know that pork intestines SMELLS 100 TIME MORE!!!!! And you must be careful not to touch with your hands because it will smell for weeks and all your kitchen utensils .....must wash it outside and prepare outside because the smell cut your breath out.....and the smell stays for days in the kitchen even with all precautions.......just saying!!!!! And even if the intestines is well wash , done and prepared the right way, it smell what was inside and it taste really REALLY shit..... someone must be raised in young age to develop that special taste because the taste is STRONG ITS rare someone who never eat intestines will like it, even cooked you can smell the........so hope help you!!!!
