I’ve never used frozen mince before Becky, thinking it may not taste like mince. It looks lovely, so would you recommend? Do you have to defrost first or is it ok from frozen? as usual, a lot of good varied meals.💕

Yes I would recommend giving them a try, I used to always use fresh but I actually prefer the frozen mince now personally! I always buy the 5% fat ones and you do not need to defrost them beforehand, you can just cook straight from frozen. Thank you xx
