Recipe and Preparation
Ingredients:
1 zucchini
Salt
1 carrot
2 eggs
100 grams of cheese
Parsley
1 potato
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp Italian herbs
1 tsp paprika
4 tbsp flour
Vegetable oil for frying
Sauce:
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 pickled cucumber
Pinch of salt
Herbs
Preparation:
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater and squeeze out excess moisture.
Grate the potato and also squeeze out excess liquid.
Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
Add zucchini, potato, carrot, eggs, herbs, garlic, spices, salt, and flour to a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, shape the patties with a spoon, and fry on both sides until done.
For the sauce: put sour cream and mayonnaise into a bowl. Grate the pickled cucumber and garlic finely, add herbs and salt, and mix well.
