I really love how at the start of the quarantine Heart was just learning how to cook and enjoying super simple recipes in instapot. And now this queen has leveled up! :) cooking really is fun

I just recently bought a miyabi knife on Black Friday, and it’s becoming my favorite kitchen knife. They’re expensive, but a good kitchen knife makes a huuuge difference!

Shun Premier knives are the best. 10/10, highly recommend!! I cook often and I barely have to sharpen it. It stays very sharp and doesn't dull often. It's my absolute favorite!!! They have different sizes so it's based on your preference.

Also if you don't already have T-FAL pots and pans, it is also the best!! You should try looking into it if you have time.

When using the lemon squeezer, a tip is to also cut the ends of the lemon!! It helps a lot!!

Haha I don’t know if someone already commented but just a few tips- when squeezing the lemon should put the other way ( flat part facing down) to get most of the juice, and when cooking the salmon, cook the skin side first and add a lil garlic powder and paprika, more flavour😁 but Overall salmon looked good making me crave some 🤤🤤

A shun classic chef 6" knife will last you decades. These are expensive but you won't need anything else because they are so versatile. They are very sharp, please be cautious. Sharpen it properly once a month or longer. If the blade is banged up or serrated, send it onto the manufacturer for free sharpening. Enjoy watching you grow over the years

I have my one Wüsthof knife and I love it so so much! Worth the money. You don’t have to sharpen it if you just take care of it:) Japanese knives are pricier, but also amazing

Kiwi brand knives!! Not the prettiest but they work very well and stay sharp for a long time! Also not too expensive either
