I will say I did this for my fam and I feel like a five star chef and it tastes so good. I used like five cloves a garlic. Extra sauce onto the mashies so good .

Ok so u make it nice and crispy then you drown it in sauce to make it soggy? You should put the sauce on when serving.

IMO you can use whatever stock you prefer. He only used vegetable stock because of the sodium count.
