I bake kefir cookies all the time, I prepare them from my favorite quick dough, into which you can add nuts, seeds, raisins, candied fruits or chocolate and get a new taste for baking for tea. Cookies without eggs can be prepared with the addition of butter or vegetable oil - you get 100 cookies from 800 g of dough, when finished they are about 650-700 g depending on the baking time. You can make crispy cookies, or soft ones - by adjusting the baking time and the thickness of the cookies. We love crispy and golden-brown kefir cookies, so even after cooling, I store them in a closed glass jar so that they do not absorb moisture! Ingredients in spoons, glasses, exact grams 👇

🥛*200 ml glass is used for measuring products
✅ Ingredients:
kefir (yogurt or sour cream) - 160 g = 5 tbsp.
butter - 100 ml = 10 tbsp
(or vegetable oil - 80 ml = 8 tbsp.)
sugar - 100 g = 4-5 tbsp.
salt - 1 pinch
vanilla sugar - 5 g = 1 tsp.
flour - 350 g = 2.5 cups*
baking powder for dough - 10 g = 2 tsp. (400 g bag of flour)
✅Additionally:
sesame seeds - 50 g
poppy seed - 50 g
❗Weight of raw dough: 812 g
❗ Yield: 660-700 g or 105 pieces (diameter 4 cm)
🌡Baking temperature: 200°C / 392°F
⏲Baking time: 7-10 minutes for soft baked goods and 15-20 minutes for crispy baked goods
