This definitely cost a lot more than $1800, not to mention the prep time, the time out of everyone's day to set it up and serve everyone, the cleanup you don't see afterwards. Mad respect. The vast majority of people don't ever lift a finger to help someone else, especially people who are stigmatized, like those who are homeless. I wish I had money to give but I am struggling myself. One day if I find wealth, I will share it.

It's called unpaid solicitors and volunteer you never see them, or there personal donations. But I can tell you there are many people at my church that aren't in the best financial situations donating large amounts of salary and time to feed those in need including my no body self. It’s so humbling to see what you do for your community. Years ago, my father used to do this too, but he passed away back in the early 90s. It doesn’t take much to show a little kindness, which is what you do God bless you keep up the good work.
