Each week when we do our menu, I asked my kids what they would like to see. Sometimes my kids want to help make a meal or sometimes they have something that’s their favorite that they like to see me make. If it was up to my daughter Hailey I would make chicken pot pie every single day. And if it was up to Robert, I would make loaded macaroni and cheese with bacon and Chicken strips.
Each of my kids have a favorite thing that they like me to make and they all have something that they really like to make themselves. For example, Gideon loves making different kinds of burgers and Joshua makes anything that deals with pizza.
Brendon and I went on our grocery haul and as he specifically asked if I could make homemade spaghetti and meatballs and then lasagna.  So here is my homemade and spaghetti and meatballs recipe and next up is lasagna. 
Homemade Spaghetti and Meatballs Recipe:
Homemade Sauce Ingredients:
Two large cans of tomato sauce
One large can of purée or crushed tomatoes
1 to 2 cans of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of garlic
One bay leaf
1 tablespoon of oregano
1 tablespoon of thyme
1 tablespoon of basil
1 tablespoon of minced onion
Meatballs ingredients:
3 pounds of ground beef
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon of garlic salt
1 tablespoon of white pepper
1 tablespoon of basil
1 tablespoon of oregano
2 tablespoons of minced onion, or one large onion, chopped small
2 tablespoons of supers seed which is a combination of hemp seed, flaxseed, and chai seeds
1 tablespoon of garlic
2 cups of Parmesan cheese or Italian shredded cheese mix

Combine all of your sauce ingredients first and then put it on low and simmer it while you make the meatballs. I would start it at least 30 minutes ahead of time so your sauce can kind of cooked slowly and then all the spices and stuff can work together to make it. Absolutely amazing
Then you’re gonna combine all of your meatball ingredients in order and then using a ice cream scooper or your hands just create 1 inch meatballs put them on your pan and you’re gonna bake them at 375 to 425° probably just for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Then, once the meatballs are done add to your sauce, Stir together, serve over spaghetti noodles. Maybe top it with lParmesan cheese, and you just made homemade spaghetti and meatballs ! super easy & yummy
