Good Morning! In this video we start cooking an Argentine puchero at home. As it was a cold day, we decided that this was the perfect opportunity to cook a delicious homemade winter meal. As you can see, our puchero has several cuts of meat: ossobuco, beef, chicken and spicy sausages. We also put potatoes, sweet potatoes, cabbage, corn, leeks, onions, squash, carrots, garlic, beans - in short, a little bit of everything! This is a super easy recipe that is known all over the world with different names - puchero, cocido, parboiled, pot au feu - but they are all variations of the same dish. In this video, we share our recipe for a delicious Argentine puchero, but you can add / remove ingredients to taste. We hope you enjoy it!
