I miss that kinilaw na tuna. The liempo and talong is so perfect. Yum. For me mas OK yong pag hinugasan mo ang tuna ng suka huwag ng gamitin yong suka n pinang hugas. Timplahan mo sya ng bagong suka, calamansi and other ingredients. Taga Gensan din ako dati at masrap talaga ang tuna ng gensan. Its better na walang gata.
