I’m a bartender and when I started up at Asian restaurant and needed ginger for a cocktail I was doing the spoon trick and my head chef was like what the helll hahaha😂

Henry hasn't warched tv much, that ginger scraping technique has been around for awhile. To his defense, asian chefs will peel ginger by cutting it with a asian cleaver.

Your fried rice ingredients should be cut close in size to the rice, not in chunks intended for a stir fry.

Dude. This is the way to go, bring in Chicagos best chefs and teach you a recipe. Way more relatable, other than making pasta with a nba player who has no idea of cooking.
