Potato: 4 nos.
Onion: 1 no.
Dry chillis: 13 nos.
Green peas: 1 cup
Carrot: 1 no.
Ginger: 2inch
Cloves of garlic:11 nos.
Salt: add as per taste
Water: hot 800 ml/add as per your consistency
Oil: 4-5 tablespoons
Turmeric: 1/2 tablespoon
Coriander: small quantity
