Rainy season is the time where we get plenty of mushrooms..Nagaland has a large area covered with forest ...we are lucky enough to go pick fresh mushrooms from the forest. n..we Nagas love to have mushroom especially made in the form of chutney....I made it ...in the traditional way...which is very delicious...and gets all the favour of the fresh mushrooms...m sure u won't regret having this chutney...this has to be my favorite Naga chutney.... I would highly recommend to try out this mouth watering recipe ....
