Bogdan, the Ship's Cook, shows us how he cooks a delicious Quiche Lorraine.
A Ship's Cook is no ordinary cook. He must prepare meals for the crew under the most horrendous conditions. Not only is he hundreds of miles away from the nearest supplies but he carries out his skills while balancing himself and all his equipment & ingredients on an ever moving platform

@@Bigwavemaster1 Absolutely Graeme - I didn't eat often on the vessel - partly because I didn't want to use up crew rations... partly to stop my waistline expanding! Haha! :-)

3:25 to 4:00. Fair play cant be easy sliding all over the shop but was funny to watch. I love seeing the cooking side of things on a ship/boat. Not sure why lol I hate cooking. Love the little uploads I miss not watching your vids but I also understand you are at work in the middle of the ocean so I am thankful for all I get. STAY SAFE and THANKS

Is the ship's cook also responsible for the provisioning of the ship or is that done by the company? Incidentally, kudos to him because if he fails at his job then the whole crew suffer and having to work in some of those conditions would stress anyone.

All food stores are ordered by the cook. He has a very tight budget to work with.
