This environment is very fresh. Full of green. This is a highest mountainous area in Sri Lanka. Today I am going to make this vegetable biryani using fresh vegetables harvested from the highest mountain area in Sri Lanka. These vegetables that grow in the cold mountains are very tasty. This environment is also very beautiful. I love to come early in the morning and walk among these cold mountains. Vegetables are the main focus today. vegetarians can make a delicious biryani meal in this way. Different people make biryani in different ways. I am making it today using vegetables. My way. I'm your loving Udarata Manike ( A traditional woman from Kandy era ) 🔵🟡🔴 හූස් හඩින් දුම් දාගෙන එන කෝච්චි සීතල කදුකරයේ කදු වටේ රවුම් රවුම් යද්දි ... ලා තේ දලු පිසගෙන එන හුලගත් එක්ක සුදු මීදුම් පිරුණු උස කදු මුදුන්වල තිබුනෙම හරි සීතල බර හුස්ම... දහස් ගනන් කිරි පට්ටි උම්බෑ හඩින් සීත කදු මුදුන්වල ලා තණකොළ උලාකද්දි ඉදහිට වැනෙන හුලංපෙති හුලගට පාර කියද්දි මොහොතින් මොහොත ඇගේ හිරිගඩු පිපෙද්දි දැනෙනවා හොද හැටියටම මේ නම් උසම කදුකරයම බව.. කොල එකිනෙක එකට ගෑවෙන ලා හුලග කැරට් ලීක්ස් ගෝවා ගස් වල සුවද එක් කරගෙනම හමාගෙන යන්නෙ පලදාව නම් මේ වාරෙට සරු බව දන්වමින් මුවගට සිනහ නගන හැගීම් ඇති කරගෙනමයි. නිල්ල නිලන නිල් කදුරැලි නිලට වැවෙන ලීක්ස් වගාවටම එක් වෙලා කොලද නිල්ද කියලා වෙන් කරගන්න බැරි තරම් ලස්සන සොබාදහමේ පාටක් මවද්දි සුදු මීදුම් ඒ පාටට තව පාට එක් කරන්නෙම පාට තරගයට බාදා කරන්න වගේ. ඒකටම කියාපු ඉර හාමි... කොහෙන්දෝ වරින් වර එබිලා පිණිබිදු අතරට වැටිලා වර්ණ හතක්ම මවාගන්නෙ පාට තරගෙන් දිනුම ලබාගන්නයි. මේ ඔක්කොම පාට එක්ක හරියට තරග කරන්න මෙන්න තවත් තරගකරුවෙක්... චර චර හඩින් මුල් එක දෙක කඩාගෙන දුබුරු පස් අතරින් උඩට මතු වෙන්නෙ සොබාදහමේ අපූරු තැඹිලි පාටත් එක්කම ... ඔව් මේ කැරට් වගාවක්... අතරින් පතර වැවූ ලික්ස් වගාවක්... වැට වට කර වැවුනු ගෝවා.. ඒ අතරින් එබිකම් කරන කහ පාට සුදු පාට දම් පාට මල් පැලෑටි.. උස් කදුකරය නම් සොබාදහමේ අපූරු නිමැවුමක්.. ලංකාවටම එළවළු බෙදන මේ සීත කදුකරය නම් පලදාවෙන් හරි පොහොසත්.. මිරිවැඩි ගලවලා සීතල පිණි බිංදු වැටුන නැවුම් පොළොවේ හෙමි හෙමින් කැරට් ලීක්ස් ගෝවා ගස් අතරින් පිනි වැටුනු සීතලේ අඩියෙන් අඩිය තියලා යන්නත් ලෝබයි.. හරි බයයි මේ ලස්සන වගාවන්ට අත පොවන්න ඒවා ඒ තරමට ලස්සනයි සුවදයි නැවුම්.. හෙමි හෙමින් එක දෙක කැරට් ලීක්ස් කූඩයට ඇති තරම් එකතු කරගන්නෙ උදෙන්ම අද නම් නැවුම් එළවළු වලට විතරක්ම තැන දෙන්න බලාගෙනයි. මේ ශීත කදුකරයේ වැවෙන ලංකා අල මිලෙන් රසයෙන් ගුණයෙන් ඉහළයි. පොඩි පොඩි රවුම් අල බෝල පස් අතරෙන් අරගෙන නැවුම්ව පිගානට එක් කරගද්දි තව ඉතිං මස් මාලු මොකටද හිතෙන තරමට රසවත්.. කූඩයක් පුරෝලා නැවුම් එළවලු අරගෙන සූදානම් වෙන්නේ එළවළු බිරියානියක් හදන්නයි. එළවලු විතරක්ම කන අය වෙනුවෙන් බිරියානි රස හැකි උපරිමයෙන් අපේ විදියට අපේ තාලෙට මගේ ක්‍රමයට මවන්නයි මේ වෑයම.. මේ ශීත කදුකරයේ නැවුම් රස විදගන්න ආවට අදත්.. බොහොම ස්තූතියි. මං ඔයාලගෙ ආදරණීය .. උඩරට මැණිකේ (අමුද්‍රව්‍ය සිංහලෙන් බලාගන්න ඩිස්ක්‍රිප්ෂන් එක බලන්න. එසේත් නැතිනම් වීඩියෝ එක දකුණුපස ඉහළ කෙලවර තියෙන CC මත ටච් කරන්න 👉 ඔයාගේ ෆෝන් එකේ සබ්ටයිට්ල් සිංහල සෙටින්ග්ස් වලින් හදලා නම් සබ්ටයිට්ල් ඔක්කොම ඔයාට සිංහලෙන් බලාගන්න පුලුවන්)
