White sauce/
Put 40g of butter in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat.
When the butter has melted, add 40g of flour and mix with a whisk or chopsticks. When it's fluffy, add 480 ml of milk in 3 portions and knead well until it's finally done.
By the way, you can make white sauce in bulk, wrap it in plastic wrap, and store it in the freezer for a month.
Spread a generous amount of white sauce on 8 slices of bread to the edge of the bread, and put a pinch of melted cheese on it.
Place two pieces of ham and apply a generous amount of white sauce.
Layer the bread, apply white sauce again, and pour a bit of melted cheese.
Bake in a 446 ℉ oven toaster for 5-10 minutes to give it a brown color and you're done.
