Nice work Chris! We still use our vintage Ronco Veg-A-Matic from the 1960's that my wife's Grandmother left us. Our model has the removeable metal die guides for different cuts, The frame and body is made from beige bake-lite, and has the metal badge on top. A real family treasure.

Hey, I had rotisserie for dinner tonight!! It's actually cheaper to buy the cooked chicken at Publix than it is to buy the uncooked bird in the meat section.

My parents gave me one of these about 10 years ago. It came with everything including thick gloves and the VHS tape. Used it many times for chicken and a couple of times for ribs. Only issue I had was the occasional squeak, but a little oil solved the issue. To date, I have not tried using the tray which goes on the top...

Melt some butter and coat the skin before u start, makes nice crispy brown skin. Add some diced onion to the gravy,really good.. Instant mashed potatos man? ,C'mon! that stuffs like wallpaper paste.

i did all that off camera but no seasonings , thats what the gravy is for
