I catered pig roasts for 25 years. Made my own bbq sauces too, but as we cooked the whole hog, we I ejected it with a spiced brine, like a So.Carolina sauce. In my opinion (not biased or anything), that meat didn't need any sauce added. But customers wanted it. So I made it. Like the folks that put catsup on a good steak. Everyone has their own taste.

No she's right Jeff they have the best maple syrup in the world! But we still have Mrs buttersworth lol

This is a new way too dowild boar for me, thanks for sharing. I usually put it in a Dutch oven and give it 6 hours on Low. This looks better. Good video. Nice to watch
