- Grocery Shopping Haul
- Cooking Meatball Sub sandwich dog-friendly using roasted red bell pepper sauce instead of marinara (brush bell peppers with olive oil, broil bell peppers for 5 min, sweat them inside of a bowl for 10 min, peel skin, and blend; for the human portion blend in cooked onions and garlic). Meatball recipe: 3/4 cup of panko bread crumbs, 1/3 cup milk, 1/2 lb ground beef and ground pork, egg, 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, italian seasoning, (human portion add 3 cloves minced garlic, salt and pepper). Brown 3 min per side on a pan, add sauce, simmer for 6-10 min. Broil bread. Add garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper and brush on human portion of bread. Add provolone cheese and broil till cheese melts, add parmesan, and basil.
