My neighbour gave me two large mushrooms (ceps) that he had picked in the forest. I followed your recipe but added the mushrooms at the end, which I had cut into very small pieces and grilled in a frying pan... too perfect.

I actually have small gold potatoes to burn off, and was thinking of doing something like this with butter, but butter+garlic sounds soooo much better. Ironically, my other choice would've been garlic mashies.
